There is progress. Today I have spoken to my staff from the KK and had really great news for me. I have my documents at 14.10 (ie on Thursday last week) on the Trip and sent my officers told me today that he has already forwarded the documents last week to the MDK . This is really really fat!

I mean I had really established that the documents first and in terms of prevention and attrition first 2 or 3 weeks would hang out on some pile of my clerk and he then sometimes slowly, "but not rushing," and so on would continue to push the MDK. Well yesterday we had dinner in the late showing of Social Network and I must say the LOL factor is already extremely high. I felt definitely talk best.

10 weeks of my pregnancy I started to decline, and more 2 weeks I have carefully re- the weights taken in hand.
first I've trained gently 1-2 X per week and now I'm trying to come to wöchemntlich to 3x. Sometimes it is difficult to maintain it, sufficient for 15-20 minutes training it all the time.

So there are no excuses! Ran to the bacon. Remember, it does not take much time, but only short and crisp about 20 minutes of training
